I have eaten so much today it is unreal, gammon, shitty potatoes in some cream shit, which tasted disgusting, could just feel the calories slipping down my throat. Repulsed me. And god knows what else. Had to eat with strangers today, could have cried. Can't stop contemplating things.Missing Jay an immense amount :( From 10pm fresh start, i will do better.
